  • Risk of serious harm to yourself or others

  • Suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable person

  • Court orders or legal requirements

  • Professional consultation or supervision, without identifying information whenever possible

Storage and Security

Records are stored securely in accordance with legal and ethical requirements. Electronic records are protected using secure, encrypted systems. Paper records, if used, are stored in locked files.
