You’re closer to lasting change than you think.

I take a collaborative approach grounded in curiosity and respect for your lived experience. I work alongside you to understand the patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that have been shaping your life, without judgment or pressure to fix yourself.

Together, we explore where these responses began and gently develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Rather than focusing on quick solutions, I support deeper, meaningful change—so you can move through life with more clarity, flexibility, and a stronger sense of who you are.

Individual Counselling for Adults

Individual counselling offers a collaborative space to explore what’s keeping you stuck and what you want to shift in your life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, a difficult life transition, the effects of past or present trauma, relationship challenges and/or stress you don’t have to do it alone. Our work focuses on helping you understand your nervous system related emotional and behavioural responses, reconnect with your internal sense of safety, and strengthen your ability to move through life with clarity and self-trust. You remain in control of your healing process at all times, including the pace we move and what you choose to explore.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR is a powerful, research-backed approach that supports the brain’s natural ability to heal. By working with neuroplasticity and the nervous system, EMDR can help reduce the emotional charge of past experiences and create meaningful change without reliving every detail. This approach is especially helpful when insight alone hasn’t been enough to create lasting relief.

Hi, I’m Lauren.

I’m a Registered Psychologist who works with adults curious about healing and drawn to an approach that respects their autonomy, pace, and inner wisdom. My style is authentic, collaborative, and grounded. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support and guide you with tools that help you reconnect with your voice, sense of self, and capacity for change.

Each session is thoughtful and attuned, with care for your overall well-being. Healing isn’t rushed—we move at your pace, and you remain in control of what we explore and when.
